For the price I paid I am a bit disappointed. The material was beautiful. The color was exactly as pictured. The issue was the top. It was awkward and didn’t look much like the pictures. The cups were so high that my boobs didn’t fit in them unless I tied the corset super tight, which then gave me an unflattering silhouette. Despite the material being beautiful, it didn’t have anything underneath. You could see the outline of my body and my bellybutton through the fabric. But I am mostly just upset with the top. It was just so awkward. Not at all how you would expect the above to fit. I the proportions of the top were so off, not only in the cup area, but just everywhere. Maybe I should have gotten custom measurements, but to me that is something that should be don’t if “normal” dresses don’t fit you right or if you have different proportions. My torso to leg proportions are so normal. I have never had a problem with dresses being out of proportion like this. I put it on and my boyfriend and I both said “No” immediately. On top of that, I got expedited shipping. The fastest shipping possible. I had to buy one last minute and had my heart set on this dress. I didn’t receive the dress in a timely manner at all. I got it only 3 days before my event. I had to last minute try to find another dress after spending all that money and couldn’t afford a lot of the dresses I looked at locally. Returning this dress seems close to impossible and the refund wouldn’t have hit my account in enough time.
With all of that stuff out of the way, I do have to say the customer service lady (email) was AMAZING. She answered all of my questions and was so kind. She always responded very, very quickly. I’m just sad. I had such high hopes and ended up having to wear my dress from last year.
