This dress is very well-made! I didn't expect it to have somewhat of a train in the back, it drags a bit. But it makes the dress look super pretty! Customer service answered any questions I had and were very quick to respond. I needed to add sleeves and raise the neckline, and they did it perfectly for no extra cost. The back is a lace-up. I chose the Burgundy color
