I always wanted a custom dress. I submitted my measurements that a seamstress took for me. The measurements were correct. Only to receive a very big dress. It could have been a great situation- if Vinio had been willing to work with me - but they were not. The dress was way too big and they wouldn’t let me send it back to have it taken up. They would not refund the money even though the dress did not fit. I should have known. Buyer beware. Bad customer service too.

I ordered my wedding dress through Viniodress which was so beautiful for my wedding next year - I needed some lining to add to my dress and contacted Viniodress - they were so very helpful in advising the best way to go about this. They measured and took time to understand what was required and shipped the lining. Awesome service and so professional - highly recommend dealing with Viniodress !

Because the dress design and sizing were custom-made, I was a little skeptical at first but Maggie was quick to reply and adjust to my liking. I love how the dress came out. NOT A SCAM thank god. Will definitely order from this site again. I've attached a picture of what the dress looks like on me.
