At VINIODRESS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality dresses and transparent shopping policies. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for standard-size dresses (US Size 0–16 only) within 7 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The dress is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags are attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- No stains, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear are present.
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are individually made according to customer specifications, the following items are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:
- Made-to-order dresses
- Custom-size dresses
- Custom-color dresses
- Wedding Dresses
- Beaded Dresses
- Bridesmaid Dresses
- Flower Girl Dresses
- Accessories (including veils, gloves, capes, sleeves, etc.)
However, if your order has a quality issue, manufacturing defect, or does not match your confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our customer service team will carefully review your case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Sizing Information
Most sizing issues can be avoided by carefully reviewing our size chart before placing an order.
If you are unsure which size to choose, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team before purchasing. We are happy to provide sizing recommendations based on your measurements.
Please note that ordering the wrong size does not automatically qualify an item for return if the size ordered matches your selection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective product,
- an incorrect item,
- or a product that significantly differs from your confirmed order,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the issue,
- a brief description.
Our team will review your case as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Process
To request a return:
Step 1
Contact our customer support team within 7 days after delivery.
Step 2
After your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
Step 3
Carefully package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed quality issue.
- Returns must be sent to our designated return address.
- For orders shipped from our production facility in China, approved returns should be returned to our warehouse in China.
- Please do not return items without authorization.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
For eligible returns:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Taxes and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee may be deducted to cover inspection, processing, and payment processing costs.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Because most of our dresses are produced specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If production has already begun, cancellation may still be possible; however, a partial refund will be issued after deducting material costs, labor costs, and any processing fees already incurred.
- Once production has been completed or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
