Eligible Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, only for items priced under $300 and available in standard sizes 2-12. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
All items priced above $300 are custom-made to order and cannot be returned. These items are individually crafted specifically to your order specifications, ensuring exclusivity and detailed customization.
Measurements:
Most returns are due to sizing issues. To prevent this, please carefully review the size chart provided on each product page and double-check your measurements before ordering. If you are unsure about your size or need further guidance, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If a cancellation is insisted upon, only a partial refund will be issued after deducting applicable fees and incurred costs.
