- US 0: Bust 31.5'' (80 cm), Waist 23.5'' (60 cm), Hips 33.75'' (86 cm), Hollow to Floor 57'' (145 cm).
1. Body Measurements
- Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist: At the narrowest point, above your belly button
- Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips and seat
- Back Shoulder Width: From one shoulder seam to the other, across your upper back
- Height: From the top of your head to the floor (no shoes)
- Hollow to Floor: From the base of your neck (hollow of throat) down to the floor (no shoes)
- Hollow to Hem: From the hollow of your throat to your desired hemline (for shorter dresses)
- Shoe Height: Measure the height of the heels you plan to wear
- Armpit Hole: Around the fullest part of your underarm opening
- Upper Arm/Bicep: Around the fullest part of your upper arm
- Sleeve Length: From the shoulder seam to your wrist
- Shoulder to Bust: From the top of your shoulder down to the bust point
The dress is exactly as pictured and high quality materials with durable stitching. It is not, however, the right size.
I ordered custom measurements and while they weren’t perfect, the dress came way too small the sleeves were 11” circumference despite sending them a 12.25” measurement. The dress was also too long by 4” and the bodice was too small.
The company was easy to get a hold of via WhatsApp and while they basically just criticized my measurements skills and kept telling me I didn’t it wrong (made me send in many pictures) they are sending me another dress for material cost.
I included a picture but I removed the background cause it had personal items. It is a real photo of me.
My suggestion is to just buy the pre made sizes and get it altered. It will cost you less
Just loved this dress. had a bit of altering to do, but I did buy without personalized measuring, I was prompted to re-think/check the size before the final order was accepted ( I did, and was glad) I am an EU 12, initially ordered a US 8/10, but after rechecking measurements according to their own site measurements, I went with a US 12, which (to my horror is equivalent, according to conversion charts of an EU 16 (MEASURE your body, don't get caught up in your size ego). All emails were responded to within a few hours, and when I got nervous that the dress might not be here on time (pandemic postal problems), and offered to pay for Express delivery, was reassured it would be here in time without paying extra (it was, with weeks to spare). The quality of the fabric was great (I wish there was an add more photo options in review to show close-ups). Girls, give them a go, was SO pleased with mine !!

Only suggestion is to add a little bit onto your custom measurements as my sleeve is very tight as it was made to the exact measurement I provided

Custom ordering is the way to go!! Extremely happy with my wedding gown. Fits perfectly and I didn’t break the budget. Looks just like the photo. Will take to a local tailor to be bustled in the back for the reception for dancing after. But it’s a dream!
