• Orders shipped from China via DHL or UPS Express typically take 5-7 days in transit.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 7-25 business days after payment.
• Heavily beaded or highly customized items, seasonal demand (e.g., late November to April), and major design alterations may extend production times.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

• You can request a delivery address change any time before the order is dispatched.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

• VINIODRESS does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

2.5 Military Address Shipping

• Shipments to military addresses are available through USPS or EMS.

2.6 Delivery Delays

• If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate.

2.7 Delivery Surcharges

• Surcharge of $26-30 will be applied for remote area shipping address.

3. Tracking Notifications

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment’s progress through the carrier’s updates.

4. Duties & Taxes

4.1 Sales Tax

• Sales tax is included in the product price displayed on our website.

4.2 Import Duties & Taxes

• Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees vary by destination.
• If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the goods will be returned at your expense. A refund will be issued for the item’s value, minus return shipping costs and fees. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For a lower declared value on packages, or other customs requests, contact us before shipment.

4.3 EU VAT Changes (2021)

• As of July 1, 2021, VAT is charged on all goods imported to EU countries. We do not charge VAT at checkout.
• You are responsible for import taxes, fees, and duties levied by your country upon delivery.
• If required, we can provide invoices or other customs documents.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

• Orders placed more than 24 hours ago cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility
We accept returns for standard-size items (US2-16) within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

2.2 Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
We do not accept returns for the following:

• Accessories
• Custom sizes, colors, or designs
• Plus sizes (US16W-26W)
• Try-on orders with more than one dress
• Made-to-order products (wedding dresses, fully beaded dresses, flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses, etc.)
• Items priced over $400—please verify size and details before ordering.

2.3 Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days to report the issue. We will evaluate and resolve it promptly.

2.4 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

• Email us to request a return authorization.
• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
• Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

For faster service, return the unwanted item (following the return process), and place a new order for your desired item once your return is accepted.

4. Refunds

• We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
• Refunds may take additional time to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
