Hi Nikki,
we tried you emailed you several times, it seems you can not receive our emails.
The piece of flowers shown in the photo you sent is not a damaged part of the dress. It is a set of extra floral appliqués that we included for you.
When you placed your order, you asked whether there was a matching tie for the groom. At that time, we explained by email that although we do not make groom's ties, we could provide extra floral appliqués. This would allow you to trim off individual flowers and attach them to a tie so it would coordinate beautifully with your dress.
I also sent a separate email explaining this, but it seems that you may not have received our messages.
Please try on the dress and inspect it carefully. You will see that the dress itself is in perfect condition and has not been damaged.
We have responded promptly to every email and WhatsApp message we received from you and have done our best to address all of your questions and concerns.
Regarding the loose floral appliqués, they were intentionally provided as separate pieces. The flowers on the gown itself are individually cut and hand-arranged one by one during production, so the extra flowers naturally come as separate appliqués.
The dress itself is in perfect condition. Please feel free to open the package and inspect the gown carefully.
As mentioned previously, we included these extra floral appliqués free of charge because you noted in your order that you were looking for a way to coordinate the groom's tie with your dress. Since we do not make matching ties, we thought it would be a thoughtful gesture to provide extra flowers that could be attached to a tie or accessory to create a matching look.
We hope you can see the care and attention that went into fulfilling your request and appreciate this complimentary addition.
I hope this clears up the misunderstanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Regards,
Maggie
